Jon Lester, Jason Varitek and Terry Francona Talk After Sunday’s Win Over the Royals

Posted by Stephen Bailey on August 22, 2011

Red Sox southpaw Jon Lester pitched six innings of three-hit ball Sunday, allowing just one run. He struck out three Royals batters and walked four, improving to 13-6 on the season. Catcher Jason Varitek hit his first triple since June 24, 2007.
