Shane Victorino not in Game 5 lineup

Red Sox right fielder Shane Victorino is out of the starting lineup once again as the Sox get ready for Game 5 in Busch Stadium. Victorino has a sore back that also caused him to miss Game 4. In addition, manager John Farrell moved two of his elite hitters, Pedroia and Ortiz, up a notch and dropped Nava to #5. David Ross also gets the nod behind the plate once again. Here is the reported lineup via NBC Sports.com’s Aaron Gleeman.

1. Jacoby Ellsbury, CF
2. Dustin Pedroia, 2B
3. David Ortiz, 1B
4. Jonny Gomes, LF
5. Daniel Nava, RF
6. Xander Bogaerts, 3B
7. Stephen Drew, SS
8. David Ross, C
9.  Jon Lester, P

Farrell indicates that Victorino could come off the bench if needed.
