You might have heard yesterday that Calvin Johnson will grace your Madden 13 cover, beating out Panthers quarterback Cam Newton for the honor (or the curse, depending on how you look at it.)
Well today EA Sports rolled out the first gameplay trailer for this year’s installment of Madden and it showcases a few new features, including the commentary of Jim Nantz and Phil Simms.
Also included in this year’s edition of Madden:
- Motion blurring feature for smoother animations
- Pass-ready system
- Pass trajectories
- Smarter A.I.
- Improved play-action passing
- And, apparently, the “Bernie”
