So Mark posted his opinion of “The Best Halftime Show There Is” yesterday, and while he was only referring to Celtics’ halftime acts, I’ll post a rebuttal of sorts. A performance which actually kept many fans in there seats for the entirety of the mid-game break.
This summer I traveled to London for the 2012 Olympic Games with a buddy. We attended a number of events, but one of our experiences we reminisce about most often is the halftime show we sat at a couple men’s basketball games: Get Tricky.
Get Tricky is a group made up of the world’s best jump ropers (I KNOW WHAT YOU’RE THINKING. YOU HAVE NO IDEA.) doing tricks that presumably no one else can. Check out the video below (starting around the 1:00 mark) and be amazed. We saw them two or three times and honestly, this isn’t even the best one.
